Retention PondsList Item 1
Anyone who has lived through a hurricane knows that retentions ponds are vital to the entire neighborhood. Many other homes flood but these ponds help protect your investment. As the sediment builds in these ponds we have to mitigate the problem and use licensed contractors to keep them properly designed. The bank CD is currently assigned to the upcoming work for the Hickory Pond.

LandscapingList Item 2
An ongoing project is the landscaping of the Common Areas for the association. Our current contractor has done a tremendous job and takes care of all the land that the HOA owns.

Pressure WashingList Item 3
As our neighborhood ages we have to pressur wash the curbs and sidewalk that are the responsibility of the HOA. This does NOT mean we wash in front of your home. These are only the areas related to the "Common Areas" of the HOA.

CommunicationList Item 4
The association has to regularly communicate with the ownership about meeting dates, dues, upkeep and much more. This website, certified and regular mail are just some of the communication cost. Some owners have not updated their information and we have to go track them down. This expense is beared by the whole group. Please make sure you provide your contact details by clicking HERE.
